This is because we have such a big variety of different products that are all handmade with an intricate 3D quality that we are famous for. Do you repair products?

Our products are created with long lasting strength and durability in mind. Its why we ensure we use only a selection of specific, high quality leathers and materials. However, In the event that your product becomes damaged, we do offer repairs. Please send us an email with photos and a brief description of what happened/is wrong with the product and we will get back to you !

What kind of leather do you use?

Customers who purchase in store with personalization before 3 pm will receive their finished personalized products on the same day.

Collabaration

Can you create products for my business?

We do not create custom designs, however we can create custom stamps and press them into our existing products.

This is a popular service for businesses. They will provide us with their company logo, which we stamp into the products they wish.

The minimum total order quantity is 200 units.

Please send us an email with your idea as well as any reference imagery for the stamp and we will be happy to help 😁



Shipping, Returns and Refunds

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders are processed from our business in Funabashi, Chiba, Japan.

We pack and ship your order within 1-2 days of you placing it.

We strive our very best to have orders arrive to customers as soon as possible. We use Japan Post, DHL or EMS depending on the order type. We provide a tracking number with all orders made.

How do I request a refund?

We offer full refunds on eligible cases.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are available, however sadly we can not cover shipping costs involved with returning your product to our business.

Will I be charged a Trade tax/Tarrif?

Please note that due to recent changes in international trade, some countries may incur a trade/customs tax depending on their governments trade relationship with Japan government.

This fee is calculated and charged by the customer countries authorities.
