We offer flat-rate shipping to everywhere in the world. No matter where you are located or how many items you order, we ensure your unique leather crafts reach you safely.
2. Shipping Methods and Rates
We provide two reliable shipping options. All methods include a tracking number and insurance for your peace of mind.
- Standard Air Mail: $10.00 (Flat Rate)
- Expedited (DHL / Express Mail): $30.00 (Flat Rate)
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100.00 USD.
3. Handling Time and Free Personalization
We take pride in our speed. Even with our Free Personalization service (adding custom names or messages), we maintain the following schedule:
- Dispatch Time: All items ship within 1 business day after payment is received.
- Fast Processing: To tell the truth, most of our parcels are dispatched within 24 hours!
4. Delivery Estimates (After Dispatch)
The following are estimated delivery times based on your region:

We pack very carefully with best packing materials and containers.Ship by padded envelope or sturdy box.
5. Packaging and Gift Services
Every Vanca Craft product is handled with care. For your convenience, all items are individually packed in a small plastic bag with a gold-colored "Best Wishes" sticker. Our products are ready to be given as a wonderful gift the moment they arrive.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their respective countries.
Please note that due to international trade regulations, some countries may incur a trade/customs tax. This fee is calculated and charged by your country's shipping authorities—sometimes at the door upon order delivery. It is at the discretion of the shipping authorities what they will do with the product if payment is refused by the customer. While these charges are beyond our control, we will do our very best to help you if you encounter any issues!
7. Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders online using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If your order has not been received within the estimated timeframe, please first check with your local post office.
