Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.

We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our products as accurately as possible. However, as our products consist of unique, handmade 3D leather crafts, you acknowledge that natural variations in leather grain, texture, and color are inherent to the material. Furthermore, because the actual colors you see depend on your monitor or device settings, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, or information purchased will meet your subjective expectations. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Descriptions of products and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. SECTION 3 - ORDERS
The placement of an order through our Service constitutes an "offer to purchase." VANCA CRAFT, INC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at its sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors. Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellation requests may not be honored. By purchasing from us, you affirm that the products are for personal, non-commercial use only and are not intended for resale or commercial export.
4. SECTION 4 - PRICE AND INVOICES
Prices for our products and promotions are subject to change without notice. Unless explicitly specified otherwise, listed prices do not include sales taxes, shipping charges, or customs duties. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You affirm that you have the legal right to use any credit card or payment method utilized in connection with any transaction. You agree to promptly update your account information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
5. SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Any delivery times or dates provided by us are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VANCA CRAFT, INC. shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by the carrier, customs clearance processes, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The risk of loss and title for all products purchased from us pass to you, the buyer, upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier.

The Service and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all text, images, logos, and the design thereof) are owned by VANCA CRAFT, INC., its affiliates, or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Specifically, "The Leather Story" is a registered trademark of VANCA CRAFT, INC. You are prohibited from the reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works of any material on our Service without our prior written consent. Shopify’s trademarks and logos belong exclusively to Shopify Inc. and are used herein under the service provider relationship.
7. SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Your use of these tools is entirely at your own risk, and you must ensure you agree to the terms provided by the relevant third-party provider.

Provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Feedback, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive termination.

IN NO CASE SHALL VANCA CRAFT, INC., OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICE.
UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED IN OUR SHIPPING POLICY, BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES THAT MAY APPLY.
18. SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VANCA CRAFT, INC., our affiliates, and Shopify Inc. from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. These Terms and any policies posted by us on this site constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior versions.

21. SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

22. SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. You and VANCA CRAFT, INC. agree that the Chiba District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction of the first instance for any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
24. SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
